Order Processing Times

All orders are made to order. Processing time is typically:

  • 2–5 business days for production

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales, viral moments), processing may take slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the fulfilment partner used. Typical delivery windows:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

We offer a simple, standard shipping rate to keep things clear and predictable for customers. Our current standard shipping cost is:

  • United Kingdom: £4.99 flat rate

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on location

Any promotional free‑shipping offers (such as discount codes or limited‑time events) will be clearly displayed on the website.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order for full visibility.


Multiple Shipments

Because some items may ship from different fulfilment centres, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, UPS, USPS, or any other carrier

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

We will always help where we can.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes or handling charges. These fees are:

  • not included in your order total

  • determined by your country

  • the responsibility of the customer

We cannot predict or control these charges.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot change it or issue a refund.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it — additional shipping fees may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbours or your building reception

  2. Check safe places around your property

  3. Contact the carrier directly

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but will assist where possible.
